Geen dialezingen, excursies of langeafstandswandelingen. De vogelsectie in winterslaap, alleen een telling van wintervogels op het grondgebied van de voormalige gemeente Avereest. De werkgroep landschapbeheer was wel actief (zie verslag hieronder). Als Koning Thialf toeslaat\u00a0(en dat doet ie al een poosje!)\u00a0verandert het landschap in een winters sprookje en worden (fotograferende) wandelaars erg onrustig. Het Reestdal is dan, net als elk kleinschalig landschap, erg fotogeniek.
