Een grote groep vrijwilligers\u00a0is sindsdien actief in het landschap. Van september tot mei is de grote groep op de 2e zaterdag van de maand\u00a0bezig. De kleine groep is het hele jaar druk op dinsdag- en woensdagochtend, muv de periode waarin de vogels broeden. In 10 jaar tijd is heel wat werk verzet. De eerste werkdag bestond uit het afzetten van een meidoornhaag (die intussen al meerdere keren is afgezet) en het planten van laaneiken. Daarna volgende een grote variatie aan werkzaamheden: heideschonen, lanen en weilanden opsnoeien, nieuwe natuurgebieden en kale plekken inplanten, heide plaggen, singels afzetten, wilgen knotten en nog veel meer.
